Run Herdr on your Mac.

Start a compatible Herdr server and your terminal panes. Shellbell discovers the local API socket and can use an explicit socket path for a custom setup.

Start Shellbell and pair.

Start the Shellbell computer service and pair your phone. This integration is included in Shellbell’s macOS service; it does not require a separately installed Herdr plugin.

Choose a Herdr session.

Open a Herdr pane on your phone. Follow what the agent is doing, read the result, and type a response whenever you need to.

Shellbell’s Herdr integration is included in the macOS service. The supplied Linux headless path uses tmux. Your Mac must stay awake, online, and running both services.
